Hey can you help me with some of my knee troubles I tore my outer meniscus about 8 months ago and my doctor says that i would need surgery but my doctor says that because it is an outer meniscus tear it might be able to heal itself which i think it has been doing because Im able to be active in sports but occasionally it will start hurting again after i jump or sometimes just run can you help me solve these pains thanks for time i loved ur video
