Yes, you keep the ankle bent at 90 degrees. The taller you are, the farther back the leg needs to be. You need to have it far back enough so that it stays straight as you do the exercise. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Wait, so you keep the ankle bent at 90 degrees and then keep flexing the knee until IT reaches 90 degrees? And how far back should the back foot be?
